239 people have tested positive for Covid-19 from a sample size of 2,413 tested in the last 24 hours.
The Ministry of Health says the positivity rate is now at 9.9pc.
Total confirmed cases are 336,292 while 258 patients have recovered from the disease pushing the total number of recoveries to 328,825.
In terms of County distribution; Nairobi 98, Bungoma 69, Siaya 16, Uasin Gishu 11, Kiambu 8, Busia 7, Nakuru 5, Nyamira 5, Tana River 5, Laikipia 4, Nyandarua 4, Kajiado 2, Mombasa 2, Kakamega, Kirinyaga and Machakos 1 case each.
No death was reported hence the death toll remains at 5,668.
Meanwhile, 143 patients are currently admitted to our health facilities, while 1,656 are under the Home-Based Isolation and Care program.
Three patients are in the Intensive Care Unit on ventilator support, while 11 are in General Wards on supplemental oxygen.
Data from Johns Hopkins University Covid-19 resource center shows that over 558 million people have been infected globally with over 6.3 deaths reported since the pandemic was first reported.
