Speaking about the menu for the night Chef Kabelo Mooketsi said, “The environment and the Kenyan people inspired the menu. I decided to try out different local foods by taking risks on what Kenyans are accustomed to and breaking down the barriers to create a new, simple, sophisticated culinary experience. This Chefs table is a new experience and experiment for the local and international guests to familiarize themselves with and embrace.”
