These individuals bring a wealth of experience from academia, politics, security, and economic management, reflecting the administration’s focus on governance, security, constitutionalism, food security, and inclusive economic growth.

Below is a comprehensive list of President Ruto’s key advisors and their areas of specialisation:

  1. Makau Mutua – Senior Advisor on Constitutional Affairs
    A legal scholar and former law professor, Dr Mutua provides strategic advice on constitutional matters and governance frameworks.
  2. Moses Kuria – Was the Senior Economic Advisor. He resigned on 8th of July 2025
