Property developer,Mi Vida Homes has signed a strategic partnership with Space Master Properties for the commercial and construction development of Habitat, a 24 -storey mixed used development along Ralph Bunche Road in Nairobi that seeks to tap into Nairobi’s growing medical tourism.

Habitat includes 42 medical suites developed for sale to the healthcare industry, a residential and hospitality component tailored for short- and medium-term stays and retail space. The residential component includes provisions for assisted living solutions.

This collaboration signifies a strategic joint development that will see an expedited delivery of the project to buyers. Mi Vida will take over development and commercial management of the project. The building  has now topped out, with show houses ready, and is in the finishes stages.

Mr. Samuel Kariuki, the Chief Executive Officer, Mi Vida Homes, noted that: ‘ This is a new innovative offering in Nairobi’s real estate market as it is the first mixed-use development anchored on health care. The product combines location, accessibility to medical care, and thoughtfully designed living spaces.’

Kariuki further noted that “Habitat presents a unique investment opportunity in the emerging sub-sector of medical tourism. This partnership with Space Master Properties aligns with our mission to develop real estate solutions that respond to real human needs, with a strong emphasis on timely delivery, exceptional quality, and long-term value,” .

The project will also be developed in collaboration with Parklane Construction, further reinforcing the commitment to uphold the highest standards of execution.

“Mi Vida looks forward to working closely with Space Master Properties and Parklane Construction to bring this vision to life — on time and as promised”, Kariuki explained.
