Kenya Kwanza presidential candidate Dr. William Ruto has called for the establishment of a National Health Service Commission to address health challenges in the country. Ruto says that if the Kenya Kwanza coalition forms the next government, the commission will streamline distribution of drugs at both the national and county levels for the benefit of citizens.
