Safaricom continues to take proactive and preventative measures to safeguard the health and wellbeing of staff and customers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We will be undertaking such measures regularly to our shops and customer-facing facilities, to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers as this remains our top most priority even as we continue to help the country in managing the Covid19 crisis,” said Peter Ndegwa, CEO, Safaricom.
The affected shops will reopen on Thursday 11th June. The company apologised for any inconvenience caused.
Customers can continue accessing all our services from other nearby shops, as well as through self-service channels including Zuri Chatbot, MySafaricom App and Interactive Voice Biometric System.
