Iristel, a global telecommunications service provider, has announced its expansion into Kenya.
This expansion provides Iristel with a presence in Africa, as it looks to expand its wide range of communications solutions to new emerging markets.
Iristel will compete against telco giant Safaricom PLC, Telkom Kenya, JTL and Airtel Kenya in the scramble for customers.

This wholesale service aggregates all calls to Iristel-managed telephone numbers and hands them off to a single or multiple customer IP addresses.
