8 Days to The Stanbic Yetu Festival, 90% Of Tickets Off The Shelf

With only 8 days remaining for the much-awaited and much-hyped Stanbic Yetu Festival, the tickets are almost running out with 90 percent of them having been sold out. Stanbic Bank and Radio Africa Events have promised customers and fans an experience to always behold and remember.

The festival is in line with the Stanbic brand’s aspirations to give Kenyans a unique, unforgettable, and authentic live music experience that will leave a lasting impression. It is also part of the brand’s long-lasting legacy of supporting and growing talents within and without the country.

This year’s festival is set to hit with a high level of rejuvenated energy as compared to the one held the previous year as it is set to bring into the country Boyz II Men – one of the most iconic R&B groups in the music industry’s history.

Those who have been around for “some time” will tell you that the group has redefined popular music and continues to create timeless hits that appeal to fans across all generations having penned and performed some of the most celebrated and best-known classics of the past two decades.

Closer home, multi-award-winning band Sauti Sol will be part of the amazing talents lined up for a fire performance. The Afro-pop band of the Sura Yako fame will entertain fans with an array of music from their 5 albums and 1 EP, which were well-received locally and worldwide.

What is more, renowned DJs such as DJ Shaky, G-Money, DJ Grauchi, DJ Dream, CNG and DJ Forest will be in the house to spin some of the magical tunes that will only be told to future generations through books and folktales.

The festival is set to take place on June 10, 2023, at Uhuru Gardens.
