Kenya will play host to the inaugural Africa Highroad Leadership Conference 2025 on 20 November in Nairobi courtesy of a partnership between Absa Bank Kenya and world-renowned leadership expert, Dr. John C. Maxwell. 

The one-day summit at the Sarit Expo Centre is a highly anticipated gathering for private and public sectors, attracting professionals, leadership experts, and enthusiasts from Africa and around the globe to explore how influence, integrity, and purpose can shape transformational leadership within Kenya and beyond.

Participants will gain fresh insights and practical tools they can apply immediately, both individually and within their teams. The summit also offers a platform to build new networks, strengthen existing connections, and engage in meaningful dialogue with peers and industry professionals. The conference also aims to include the youth who form the majority of the workforce and require mentoring to build a strong leadership foundation early in their career journey.

As part of the partnership, Absa Bank Kenya has announced a KES 3 million sponsorship for the event, demonstrating its commitment to nurturing leadership excellence and delivering exceptional value to its clients in Kenya, who will also enjoy some discounts on the conference tickets.

Absa Bank Kenya’s Managing Director and CEO, Abdi Mohamed, will be among the distinguished speakers. Speaking about the summit, Mr. Mohamed said: “Leadership is defined by the ability to inspire trust, drive transformation, and make others better.
