KCB Bank and Subaru Kenya have joined hands to enable KCB Credit Card holders’ access to exclusive privileges including a range of automotive services and benefits at Subaru Kenya.

Under this partnership, KCB Credit Card holders will be able to enjoy the convenience of paying for Subaru parts and servicing through affordable instalment plans of up to 12 months giving customers greater flexibility to manage planned and unexpected vehicle maintenance costs.

Speaking during the launch, KCB Head of Channels, Johnson Ondicho said, “At KCB, we continue to invest in partnerships that make banking practical, convenient and relevant to our customers’ everyday needs. This collaboration will create value for our customers by combining convenient payment options, attractive savings and accessible financing solution.”

Additionally, customers utilizing KCB Cards or KCB Mobile Banking channels will also enjoy upfront discounts of up to 12.5%, delivering immediate savings while encouraging the use of secure and convenient digital payment solutions. Beyond payments, customers will also have access to KCB Asset-Based Financing solutions, making it easier to finance Subaru vehicles through flexible financing tailored to their mobility needs.

On his part, Subaru Kenya Group General Manager, Naftali Mwangi commented, “At Subaru Kenya, we are committed to empowering our customers with seamless and convenient payment solutions that make it easier to access our products and services. This collaboration with KCB will enhance the customer experience by providing greater payment flexibility, convenience, and affordability, ensuring customers can access our services quickly and efficiently.”

KCB has deployed its payment infrastructure at Subaru Kenya, enabling secure and efficient merchant payments through both card and mobile payment channels. This integration delivers a seamless customer experience while enhancing convenience for customers.
