KQ’s award-winning airline app stood out for its ease of use and features that simplify customers’ travel. From booking to pre-departure services, the app integrates innovative functionalities that provide passengers with a smooth, efficient, personalized travel experience.

Commenting on the recognition, Allan Kilavuka, Chief Executive Officer of Kenya Airways, said:

“These awards showcase our team’s relentless drive to enhance the travel experience through cutting-edge technology. The recognition of both our app and website highlights our customer-centric approach and the critical role digital innovation plays in making our services more accessible, efficient, and enjoyable for our customers.”

The World Travel Tech Awards celebrate excellence in the travel technology sector and are a sister event of the renowned World Travel Awards. The winners are chosen based on public voting, allowing industry professionals and travelers to support their favorite tech innovators. This marks KQ’s first participation in the World Travel Tech Awards.
