realme, the world’s fastest-growing smartphone brand, launched the GT3 at the Mobile World Congress 2023. The GT Series from Realme has always been about the most cutting-edge technology innovations. Now, the GT3 is breaking the speed limit.

Realme’s Vice President and President of Realme Global Marketing, Chase Xu, said, “Entering its 5th year, realme is taking an even bigger leap forward by becoming the first brand to break through the industry’s glass ceiling. It demonstrates realme’s commitment to improving our market presence through innovative technologies and better connecting with our young audiences.”

The realme GT3 boasts the world’s fastest charging power: 240W. With this technology, the device charges in minutes, taking only 80 seconds to charge up to 20% capacity and 9 minutes and 30 seconds to reach full charge. It’s the fastest charging power for years to come, as it has reached the maximum charging power possible under USB-C standards.

realme has achieved a full-fledged innovation in charging safety, battery longevity, and accessory compatibility. The GT3 has three maxed-out charging chipsets to charge at the same time, resulting in a 98.5% improved transfer efficiency during charging. In addition, the GT3 comes with a custom 12A charging cable, providing the industry’s highest charging current. It also has a PS3 fireproof design, 13 temperature sensors, and 60 layers of safety protection to ensure maximum charging safety.

Moreover, the GT3 uses intelligent charging, which detects the user’s status and switches the charging status to travel mode, sleep mode, or in-car mode. The phone can be powered on intelligently, which helps preserve battery health and avoid overcharging.

The Pulse Interface Design is the GT3’s unique feature, taking inspiration from gaming handsets. The design includes a translucent window next to the camera module, showcasing a polished chipset deco, an NFC chipset, and the innovative Pulse Interface System with a C-shaped RGB lighting ring inside. The system displays different light effects depending on the phone’s status, adding a fun and interactive element to the phone.

realme has come a long way from being a populariser of cutting-edge technology to being an industry leader. In 2020, Realme was the first to introduce 65W to the mid-range price point, and in 2022, they released the world’s fastest charging speed of 150W with the GT Neo3. Now, with the realme GT3, Realme sets new standards with an industry-leading maximum charging power of 240W.
