Western Union is now available on Equity Mobile & Equity Online

Equity Bank has integration Western Union services into its digital channels. With the integration of Western Union services into Equity Mobile App and Equity Online, customers can now initiate transactions from virtually anywhere. Customers can send money directly to recipients’ bank accounts worldwide or opt for a cash pick-up transaction, with recipients able to collect the money from any Western Union Agent spanning more than 200 countries and territories.

By leveraging Equity’s digital channels, customers can effortlessly send funds using the Equity Mobile App or Equity Online, eliminating the hassle of traditional remittance processes. Moreover, recipients can conveniently receive funds by simply inputting the tracking number (MTCN) and relevant details on the app, with the option to deposit the received funds into their preferred Equity bank account.
