Business Bay Square owner Abdiweli Hassan will build 60 acres of homes, retail, offices, logistics facilities, and a mosque at Tatu City Special Economic Zone (SEZ), representing a major shift in investment by one of the region’s leading real estate developers away from the centre of Nairobi.
