Dusit Princess Hotel Residences Nairobi, managed by Thailand’s Dusit International, celebrated its grand opening by welcoming local officials and travel experts. The event showcased Dusit’s dedication to community value through its service and operations.

Opened in March 2023 in Westlands, just 5km from the Central Business District, the hotel offers 100 elegantly furnished rooms and suites for both short and extended stays. Guests can enjoy Deluxe rooms, Junior suites, and One-Bedroom suites with stunning city views.

The property features versatile meeting spaces, a modern fitness centre, a heated swimming pool, and diverse dining options. A highlight is the Aviary Rooftop Cocktail Lounge, known for its birdcage theme, Thai-inspired bites, and panoramic views of Nairobi.

During the grand opening, Dusit emphasised its blend of Thai hospitality with local service traditions and its commitment to Kenya’s tourism and economic growth. General Manager Mr Lionel Formento expressed the hotel’s dedication to community engagement and lasting positive impact through partnerships and environmental responsibility.

Notable guests included Dr. Alfred N. Mutua, Cabinet Secretary for Foreign & Diaspora Affairs; Ms. June Chepkemei, CEO of the Kenya Tourism Board; and H.E Ms. Morakot Janemathukorn, Thai Ambassador to Kenya.
