Health Cabinet Secretary Susan Nakhumicha Wafula has promised to address the acting syndrome at the ministry of health. Nakhumicha while officially taking over office noted that most heads of departments are in acting capacity some even for decades. She further promised to work with the staff to enhance the continuity of health services from her predecessor Mutahi Kagwe.
