Information Communication Technology and Digital Economy Cabinet Secretary Eliud Owalo has promised to help the state Broadcaster Kenya Broadcasting Corporation improve its infrastructure and content generation to match world best practices. Addressing staff of the corporation on his maiden tour since appointed Cabinet Secretary Owalo pledged to provide every required support the corporation would require to fully execute its mandate.
