Speaking during the milestone, KCB Bank Director, Digital Financial Services, Angela Mwirigi said: “Kenya’s creative industry is a powerful engine for innovation, entrepreneurship, and youth empowerment. Our partnership with Sauti Sol reflects our commitment to investing in homegrown talent and creating opportunities for creatives to thrive. SolFest 2025 will not only be a celebration of music and culture but also a platform for economic participation and community impact.”

The partnership will facilitate enhanced festival experiences for fans including exclusive platinum experience activation during the VIP show as well as product showcase of the new KCB Mobile App and card proposition. The two partners will also work together with a view to embed the Sol Fest Mini App within the KCB App to enhance engagement and provide event information during next year’s edition.

Sauti Sol Group Limited, welcomed the collaboration, noting that it affirms the group’s mission to build global bridges for African creatives while empowering emerging talent.

“SolFest has always been about giving Kenyan and African talent a world-class stage. Partnering with KCB allows us to scale that vision even further by creating opportunities, elevating creatives, and building a festival experience that celebrates who we are as a people. This collaboration is a powerful affirmation of the creative economy and its role in shaping the future of our country,” Sauti Sol Group Limited noted.

This partnership builds on KCB’s ongoing investment in the creative economy.
