When it comes to insurance, many people often think of it as an unnecessary expense that they can do without.

My name is John, and this is my story of how Insurance came to my rescue after a car accident.

It was just a typical Monday morning, and I was on my way to work. I was driving on the highway when out of nowhere, a car from the opposite direction swerved into my lane and hit me head-on. I remember feeling a jolt of pain as my car spun out of control, and everything went black.

When I woke up, I was in a hospital bed with my left arm in a cast. The medical bills were piling up, and I was getting more and more worried about how I was going to pay for everything.

That’s when Xplico Insurance Company Limited came to my rescue. I had taken out a comprehensive car insurance policy and a Personal accident Insurance cover with them a few months ago; never really thinking that I would ever need to use these policies. However, when the accident happened, Xplico Insurance was there for me every step of the way.

The first thing I did after the accident was to call Xplico’s customer service hotline, and I was immediately connected to a friendly and helpful representative who walked me through the claims process. They explained to me what I needed to do, what documents I needed to provide, and how long it would take to process my claim.

Despite the fact that I had never made a claim before, the process was surprisingly straightforward. I availed all the necessary documents, including a police abstract and medical records, and within a few days, they had approved my claim.

I was pleased to hear that Xplico would be covering all my medical expenses, including hospital bills, medication, and rehabilitation costs besides repairing my car.

Thanks to Xplico Insurance Company Limited, I was able to focus on my recovery without worrying about the financial burden of my accident. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind that comes with having insurance, and I know that I will never take it for granted again.
