HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi met on Wednesday with HE Ambassador of the State of Libya to the State of Qatar Mohammed Mustafa Al Saghir Al Lafi, on the occasion of the end of his tenure.
