Kenyan businesses can now access Samsung’s Knox platform, a unified system for endpoint device security and management, through a new partnership between Samsung Electronics East Africa and financial technology firm Loop.
The collaboration gives companies a single dashboard to secure and manage all corporate devices, including laptops, tablets, rugged field equipment, and employee smartphones. From logistics firms deploying rugged devices for delivery drivers to retail chains using tablets at points of sale, businesses can now access enterprise-grade security with flexible financing.
Samsung Knox is built on a hardware-level security foundation embedded in Galaxy devices, offering protection against advanced cyber threats that software-only solutions cannot match. The platform also provides comprehensive endpoint management, security analytics, and remote troubleshooting, while supporting non-Samsung operating systems.
“Modern businesses run on a fleet of diverse devices, and securing every single one is a necessity. This partnership with Loop removes the barrier of high upfront costs by aligning with the financial realities of Kenyan businesses,” said Anthony Njihia, B2B Manager, Mobile eXperience Division at Samsung Electronics East Africa.
Alex Kibera, Ecosystems Business at Loop, added: “Our goal is to empower business growth through accessible financial solutions. By financing Samsung Knox, we are giving companies the tools to innovate and compete securely.”
The financing solutions, available immediately, include extended and seasonal payment schedules, allowing firms to adopt Knox as a predictable operational expense. Businesses also receive full deployment and ongoing management support.
