Stanbic Bank Safaricom launch staff home loans scheme

Stanbic Bank has partnered with Safaricom PLC to introduce a home loans scheme for the telco’s employees, in a move aimed at improving access to mortgage financing and supporting home ownership.

The bank said the programme, developed through its Personal Banking Solutioning unit, will offer accessible financing, simplified processes and personalised financial solutions tailored to Safaricom staff.

The partnership underscores growing collaboration between corporates and financial institutions to expand staff welfare benefits through customised banking solutions.
