Zoho Corporation, a global technology company, has launched a new suite of agentic artificial intelligence (AI) tools across its collaboration, customer experience, and human resource platforms. The move aims to make advanced AI capabilities accessible to businesses of all sizes, enhancing productivity and reducing operational costs without additional charges.
The new agentic AI features, now available across Zoho’s suite of more than 55 business applications, are designed to automate routine tasks and free up teams to focus on higher-value work. The rollout builds on Zoho’s AI ecosystem, which includes Zia Hubs, a system that provides access to unstructured company data, and Zia LLM, Zoho’s proprietary large language model created for business use.
“Businesses are increasingly eager to leverage AI but often face obstacles such as high implementation costs, data readiness challenges, and fragmented systems,” said Veerakumar Natarajan, Country Head, Zoho Kenya. “Zoho’s unified, homegrown technology stack eliminates these barriers by allowing advanced AI features to be deployed automatically and at no extra cost. This makes AI adoption practical, affordable, and impactful for businesses across the continent.”

The company’s new tools include Zia Agents, Zia Agent Studio, and the Agent Marketplace, which together enable users to perform complex, cross-functional actions such as creating contracts, scheduling meetings, and converting sales queries into CRM leads automatically.
In Zoho Workplace, the collaboration suite, AI upgrades have been rolled out across Mail, Cliq, Sheet, and Tables. The enhanced Ask Zia assistant can now handle multi-step commands spanning multiple applications. Zoho Tables introduces “AI Base Creation,” which allows users to generate complete data structures from a short text prompt. Additional tools like Keyword Extraction, Sentiment Analysis, and Language Detection simplify data handling and analysis.
For customer experience management, Zoho Desk now includes pre-built Zia Agents such as the Resolution Expert, which learns from support ticket resolutions to improve future service. Meanwhile, Zoho Sign, the company’s digital signature platform, now features “Agreement Intelligence,” enabling users to draft and analyse contracts using Ask Zia.
In human resources, Zoho Recruit has added agentic AI features for improved candidate matching and automated test generation. The system analyses CVs and job descriptions to enhance recruitment accuracy, while AI-assisted assessment generation designs role-specific tests, ensuring efficiency and fairness.
Zoho continues to distinguish its AI strategy with a strong focus on privacy, cost efficiency, and practical functionality. Its AI models do not train on consumer data or retain customer information, reflecting the company’s commitment to responsible innovation.
With more than 130 million users globally, Zoho operates over 55 integrated apps across major business categories. The company remains privately held and profitable, with more than 18,000 employees worldwide, including a growing presence across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
