President William Ruto has commended former State House Chief of Staff and Head of Public Service Joseph Kinyua for his diligent service and leadership in government. Speaking after the swearing-in of Cabinet Secretaries at State House on Friday, President Ruto hailed Kinyua for overseeing a seamless transition of administrations.
