Users across Kenya on Sunday reported being unable to access Citizen Digital, the online news platform operated by Royal Media Services.
Checks by NewsTrendsKE confirm that the website was not loading at the time of publication, with browsers returning error messages or failing to establish a connection. The disruption appears to be affecting general access to the site rather than specific pages.
There has been no official communication from Royal Media Services regarding the cause of the outage. As such, the reason for the inaccessibility remains unconfirmed.
