President William Ruto has directed the Independent Police Oversight Authority to furnish the Ministry of Interior and Coordination with a roadmap on how to deal with extrajudicial killings. Ruto who had a couple of separate meetings at Statehouse, Monday, says the authority is better place to put a mechanism to stop such killings.
