In addition, an award certificate was handed out to the SGA Group CFO, Mr Joseph Thuku.

The 2025 KRA Taxpayers Event at State House marked KRA@30 as a special opportunity  to express their heartfelt appreciation for the nominee’s (SGA) partnership and  compliance over the past 3 decades. Amongst others, SGA’s unwavering support has  been instrumental in strengthening revenue mobilization and driving Kenya’s economic  growth.

KRA stated SGA Kenya limited was nominated as one of the top echelon distinguished  taxpayers to be recognized and awarded by H.E. the President in appreciation of SGA’s  compliance with administration requirements.

“We at SGA are very proud of this recognition and award. We at SGA (with approx 20,000  staff in the East Africa region) want to be the best in class when it comes to quality  private security solutions as well as for accepting responsibility to the community,  being compliant and supporting the growth of Kenya,” says CEO & Chairman Mr Julius  Delahaije.

“SGA is paying its fair share and promotes equal and transparent treatment for all  taxpayers. SGA has been growing steadily over the past 10 years, and so have the  contributions. The main taxes paid are Paye As You Earn (PAYE), Value Added Tax VAT), and social security contributions,” says Mr Joseph Thuku, SGA Group CFO.

SGA Kenya Limited is part of SGA Security Group, the largest Security Solutions Provider  in East Africa, operating in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania with approximately 20,000  employees.
