The Meat Up Fest attracted over 1000 attendees and featured eight grill masters who showcased their signature barbecue styles in an interactive, slow-grilling experience. Guests were treated to a decadent menu curated to captivate both serious meat lovers and whisky connoisseurs.

From the tender beef brisket slow cooked to buttery perfection, to the grilled mbuzi ribs, pork ribs, ribeye steaks, juicy lambchops and marinated chicken, each dish was thoughtfully paired with barbecue sauces infused with Singleton, elevating the meals into an indulgent sensorial experience.

Notably was the Dragon Sauce by Willie D, alias the King of Low and Slow who led the Pig and Hog station. His barbecue sauce infused with The Singleton 15YO, opened up an inviting nutty flavour to his grilled meats. Over at the Kuku Station, Wangari Mwangi, the barbecue queen, served juicy chicken cuts topped with her signature Hot Honey Sauce-a blend of local honey, chillies  and The Singleton 12YO, bringing out a spicy sweet kick into every bite.

For three consecutive editions, Singleton and Meat Up Fest have created a culinary experience that has creatively captured the essence of shared moments of true pleasure; joyful, authentically warm and effortlessly considered. Singleton continues to show up in elevated cultural experiences that celebrate intentional craftsmanship and great taste.
