Miftah Concierge, a Dubai-based leading provider of luxury lifestyle services has launched its operations in Africa with the establishment of an office in Nairobi.

The market entry of Miftah in Africa also coincides with the appointment of Mr. Saruni Lelaona as the CEO of Miftah Africa who will spear head the company’s pan- African operations from its newly established office in Nairobi, Kenya.

Originally co-founded and launched in Dubai by two renowned African hoteliers, Oscar Kato and Pascaline Nkwe, and Illyas Bafouri,  a UAE- based hotelier and co-founder, Miftah Africa is promising its demanding clients, with extremely high expectations, an unmatched 60 seconds or less response time for its elite clientele, comprising high-net-worth members and visiting VIPs.
