Naivas Supermarkets has unveiled its Kikwetu Kila Siku campaign, offering loyal customers a chance to win cars, a pickup, shopping vouchers, electronics, and hundreds of goats and chickens.
The campaign, officially launching on Saturday, 17 October 2026, at Greenspan Mall in Nairobi, seeks to reward customer loyalty while celebrating Kenyan culture, family traditions and everyday shopping experiences.
Speaking during a media preview ahead of the launch, Naivas officials said the campaign builds on the retailer’s long-running Kikwetu initiative, which has been part of its calendar since 2011.
This year’s edition introduces the theme Kila Siku, meaning “every day”, to recognise the everyday moments that bring Kenyan families and communities together.
The campaign will be open to Naivas loyalty customers, with participation requirements, eligibility criteria and other terms and conditions communicated through the supermarket’s official channels.
Jorsen Patten, Chief Commercial Officer at Naivas Supermarkets, said the campaign reflects the retailer’s commitment to rewarding customers who have supported its growth over the years.
“Kikwetu reflects our commitment to building lasting relationships with customers. It brings together brand purpose, everyday value and customer recognition while celebrating the communities we serve,” said Patten.
“Customers who return week after week are the foundation of our business, and this campaign is our way of saying thank you.”
Naivas Head of Marketing Florence Saronge said the campaign goes beyond offering prizes by celebrating experiences that resonate with Kenyan households.
“Kikwetu Kila Siku celebrates what is ours; our food, our families and the everyday experiences that connect us,” said Saronge.
“The winnings add excitement to everyday shopping and recognise the loyalty of our customers, from the big prizes such as cars and a pickup to vouchers, electronics, goats and chickens that have real meaning at home.”
The campaign also reinforces the retailer’s focus on freshness, quality, product variety and affordable pricing under its Bei Poa proposition and the promise that Naivas Saves You Money.
Naivas Head of Store Operations Cyrus Mathenge said store teams will play a key role in helping customers understand how the campaign works.
“Our stores are where the campaign comes to life. Store teams will help customers access clear, accurate information and direct them to Naivas’ official channels for full campaign details,” said Mathenge.
The retailer has encouraged customers to seek information from its official communication platforms to avoid misinformation about eligibility, participation, campaign dates, winner selection and prize handover.
The Kikwetu Kila Siku campaign continues a customer appreciation tradition that Naivas has maintained for more than a decade, combining everyday shopping with rewards aimed at recognising customer loyalty.
